Not medical advice
Glasyn is a personal wellness diary, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a physician-patient relationship. It does not describe your menopausal status. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decision, and do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
What Glasyn does
Glasyn lets you log hot flashes and related notes, see descriptive summaries of what you logged, and produce a report you can share with your clinician. The summaries and patterns it shows are descriptions of your own entries. They are not findings, conclusions, or recommendations.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device and any backups secure. If you create an encrypted backup, you are responsible for remembering your passphrase. We cannot recover it for you.
Glasyn Plus and billing
Some features are part of Glasyn Plus, a paid upgrade sold through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial, where offered, converts to the paid price at the end of the trial unless cancelled in time. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Prices may change; any change applies only to future purchases or renewals.
Acceptable use
Use Glasyn only for your own personal record keeping and in line with the law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on the app or from any loss of data. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with the date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
